our olive grove
We have about 400 olive trees and cultivate the Pendolino, Istarska bjelica, Drobnica and Leccino varieties.
We pick our olives mostly by hand and partly with a hand vibration machine. We do not treat the trees or the soil with any chemicals.
We are in the process of getting our organic certification and want to protect and take care of our olive grove and land for the future.
